dc.description.abstractEste artigo tenta analisar o efeito mitigador das cooperativas agrícolas numa situação de duopólio misto, em que, na comercialização de produtos agrícolas, coexistem empresas de carácter cooperativo e privado. Apresentamos o modelo de duopólio subjacente ao comportamento dos vários agentes intervenientes no mercado. Comparamos as posições de equilíbrio que ocorrem em situação de mercado perfeitamente competitivo e de duopólio privado, de cooperativas ou misto. Adicionalmente, apreciamos questões ligadas ao comportamento estratégico dos agentes, essencialmente, em termos de incentivos à escolha da estrutura de propriedade na fase de venda do produto.por
dc.description.abstractCe texte vise à analiser l’effet mitigatif des coopératives agricoles dans une situation de duopole mixte, dans lequel, pour la commercialization de produit agricoles, coexistent entreprises de caractère coopératif et privé. Nous présentons le modèle de duopole sousjacent au comportement des divers agents intervenants sur le marché. Nous comparons les posititions d’équilibre dans la situation de concurrence parfait e de duopole privé, de coopératives et mixte. En autre, sont analisés des questions liés au comportement stratégique des agents, essentiellement, en fonction de la choix de structure de propriété dans la phase de vente du produit.fra
dc.description.abstractThis paper tries to analyse the mitigating effect of agricultural coopératives in a situation of mixed duopoly, assuming that, in the marketing of products, there coexist a coopérative and a private wholesaler. The duopoly model presented explains the behaviour of economic agents participating in the market. A comparison of the market clearing conditions is made for situations of perfect compétition and private duopoly, of coopératives and mixed. Moreover, an analysis of the stratégie behaviour of the economic agents was conducted in terms of incentives to choice the ownership structure.eng
