Um códice latino da literatura jesuítica quase desconhecido: o Cód. 1963 da Livraria dos Manuscritos dos ANTT

Abstract

The present paper intends to give information about na important codex, the Ms. 1963 of ANTI, which belongs to a famous collection of miscellanies (Rerutn Scholasticarum ...) including the neolatin literary works by the Jesuits of the Coimbra College during the XVI and XVII centuries, but which were lost and almost unknown by the experts. The importance of this codex lies ín its contribution to the knowledge of the humanist literature of that era, particularly ín the áreas of poetry, oratory and drama.
