dc.description.abstractÀ partir des cadres conceptuels explicités dans le texte, cet article présente l’ensemble du projet “ La dimension émotionnelle de la profession enseignante et la formation de professeurs”. Ce projet visa à saisir les dimensions pédagogiques des sentiments et émotions de deux groupes d’enseignants. Quelques besoins et attentes de formation ayant été inférés, on a élaboré un schéma de rechercheformation pour promouvoir le développement de leur littératie émotionnelle. Nous avons constaté, au cours du processus, des changements de capacité de discrimination émotionnelle, de quelques croyances et des niveaux de reflexivité. Partindo de quadros teóricos que são explicitados no texto, este artigo apresenta o conjunto do projeto de investigação “A Dimensão Emocional da Docência e Formação de Professores”. Este projeto pretendeu captar as dimensões pedagógicas dos sentimentos e emoções de dois grupos de professores. Inferidas algumas necessidades e aspirações de formação, concebeu-se um esquema de investigação-formação que visou o desenvolvimento da literacia emocional dos professores. Ao longo do processo verificaram-se mudanças na capacidade de discriminação emocional, nas crenças e nos níveis de reflexividade dos professores participantes.por
dc.description.abstractBased on the theoretical framework specified in the text, this article presents the research project named “The emotional dimension of teaching and teacher training”, as a whole. This was intended to capture the educational dimensions of the feelings and emotions of two groups of teachers. After having inferred some training needs and aspirations, a research-training scheme was devised in order to develop the emotional literacy of the teachers. Throughout the process some changes occurred in the ability of emotional discrimination and in the beliefs and levels of reflexivity of the participating teachers as well.eng
