Abstract: The myth of Orpheus was explored and retaken in almost all forms of artistic manifestations. The mythic creation, properly understood, consists in giving new senses to ancient myths. The present study proposes not only the presentation of the myth of Orpheus in the Georgics, by Vergilius, in a comparative line with the play Orfeu da Conceição, by Vinícius and with the movie Orfeu Negro (1958), by Camus; based on the theoretical subsidies of parody formulated by Hutcheon, but also the verification, in such analysis, of how the dialogic relations between different universes is established.
