dc.description.abstractQue lugar ocupam as normas e os valores no processo de construção da enfermagem em Portugal, entre as décadas de 40 e 80 da centúria de novecentos? Partimos desta questão para discutir e interpretar a importância da moral e ética profissionais, no interior de diferentes regimes políticos, no processo de construção histórico da enfermagem portuguesa. Assumimos como ponto de partida a influência das escolas de formação de enfermeiras/os na construção de uma identidade moral e “científica” deste grupo no arco temporal previsto. Do ponto de vista conceptual, tomamos como referência uma conceção articuladora entre a História, a Sociologia das profissões e a literatura sobre a Enfermagem. Utilizamos como arena discursiva, onde se cruzam diversos saberes e sujeitos educativos, a Escola de Enfermagem de Castelo Branco/Dr. Lopes Dias (1948-1988). Defenderemos a centralidade das normas e dos valores nos processos formativos e organizacionais, a partir dos quais se constrói uma determinada consciência de grupo.por
dc.description.abstractQuelle place occupent les normes et les valeurs dans le processus de construction des soins infirmiers au Portugal, entre les décennies de 40 à 80 du XXe siècle? Nous Nous partons de cette question pour discuter et interpréter l’importance de la morale et de l’éthique professionnelles, à l’intérieur de divers régimes politiques, dans le processus de construction historique des soins infirmiers au Portugal. Nous partons de l’influence des écoles de formation d’infirmiers(ères) dans la construction d’une identité morale et “scientifique” de ce groupe dans l’arc temporel prévu. Du point de vue conceptuel, on prend comme référence une Conception qui articule l’Histoire, la Sociologie des professions et la littérature sur les soins infirmiers. Nous utilisons comme arène discursive, où se croisent divers savoirs et divers sujets éducatifs, l’Ecole de Soins Infirmiers de Castelo Branco/Dr. Lopes Dias (1948-1988). dc.description.abstractWhat part did standards and values play in the development process of nursing in Portugal, from the 1940s to the 1980s? This is the starting point of the discussion and interpretation of the relevance of professional moral and ethics, under different political regimes in the process of the historical development of the Portuguese nursing profession. We focus on the part that nursing schools have played in the construction of a moral and “scientific” identity of this group in the set time frame. From a conceptual perspective, our reference is the combination of History, the Sociology of professions and literature about Nursing. We used as our discursive arena Castelo Branco School of Nursing/Dr. Lopes Dias (1948-1988), where different fields of knowledge and educational subjects cross. We underscore the standards and values that are at the core of educational and organisational processes, which provided the foundations for the development of a group conscience.eng
