Abstract: Este artículo subraya los indicios de continuidad entre expresiones de un pensamiento religioso prehelénico y rituales mistéricos del primer milenio a. C., en relación con el concepto de regeneración, insistiendo sobre el rol simbólico que particulares figuras divinas han conservado en el paso de la edad del bronce a la edad del hierro. El análisis se centra sobre tablillas en Lineal B, literatura órfica e iconografía egea.
This article highlights the evidence of continuity between pre-Hellenic religious expressions and mystery rituals of the first millennium B.C., in relation to the concept of regeneration, insisting on the symbolic role that certain divine figures have preserved in the transition from the Bronze Age to the Iron Age. The analysis is focused on Linear B tablets, Orphic texts and Aegean iconography.
