Abstract

Given the subject, firstly it is exposed the organizational and operational structure of the paradigmatic health and medical service called SSSM (Service de Santé et de Secours Médical) of the French Fire Brigade. Secondly, we explain the organization of the help in France in railway accidents.

Face ao tema, em primeiro lugar expõe-se a estrutura organizativa e operacional do paradigmático serviço de saúde e de socorro médico dos Bombeiros Franceses, denominado SSSM (Service de Santé et de Secours Médical). Em segundo lugar explana-se a organização de socorros em França para acidentes ferroviários.
