dc.description.abstractA autonomia do aluno no ensino a distância é um factor decisivo para o seu sucesso sobretudo quando se trata de formação de segunda oportunidade, como é o caso do ensino secundário recorrente a distância leccionado pelo CNED. Essa autonomia manifesta-se através do controlo que ele exerce sobre o seu próprio processo de aprendizagem, contribuindo para isso essencialmente três factores: Independência (decisões que pode tomar no sistema de ensino), Poder (capacidade para tomar essas decisões) e Apoio (os meios que são disponibilizados para a efectivação das decisões). A decisão de avaliar as aprendizagens é, no CNED, da inteira responsabilidade do aluno podendo fazê-la quando e onde quiser. Para que o possa fazer o CNED tem vindo a desenvolver um modelo de desenvolvimento curricular que integra um banco de testes recorrendo a uma aplicação informática de gestão.por
dc.description.abstractL’autonomie de l’apprenant en Enseignement à Distance joue un rôle décisif dans le succès de son apprentissage, surtout en ce qui concerne la formation de deuxième opportunité, tel le cas de l’enseignement secondaire recourrant à distance proposé par le CNED. Cette autonomie se réalise à travers le contrôle qu’il exerce sur le proccèsmême d’apprentissage, dont la contribution est essentiellement acquise grâce aux trois facteurs suivants : - Indépendance (soit : les décisions qu’il peut prendre et qui sont admises par le système d’enseignement); - Le Pouvoir (soit : la capacité requise pour prendre ces décisions-là); - L’Appui (soit : les moyens fournis pour que ces décisions puissent être prises convenablement). Chez CNED, la décision d’évaluer les apprentissages est prise par l’apprenant et devient sa responsabilité. Cette évaluation-ci pourra être réalisée n’importe quand et n’importe où, cela dépendra de l’apprenant. Pour lui fournir les moyens convenables, le CNED a élaboré pendant des années déjà, un modèle de développement de curriculum qui propose aussi une sélection de tests et d’interrogations écrites très variés, qui sont élaborés grâce à une application informatique de gestion.fra
dc.description.abstractThe learner’s autonomy in distance education is a decisive factor for him to achieve success, especially when dealing with second chance education, as it happens in distance education programs for recurring college study courses, taught by CNED. This autonomy manifests itself through the control exerted by the learner on his own learning process and basically depends on the following three variables: - Independence (the decisions that can be made by the learner according to what the learning system enables him to do); - Power (the ability to make those decisions); - Support (the resources that are placed to his disposition and that will enable those decisions to meet their goal). At CNED institution, the decision to evaluate learning is entirely the learner’s responsibility and he can be evaluated whenever and wherever he chooses to. In order to achieve this, CNED has developed for some years now a curriculum, which integrates a wide range of written tests that make use of a software management application.eng
