Los diferentes artes y oficios en el noroeste hispanorromano

Abstract

En este artículo se quiere ofrecer una vision global de los diferentes artes y oficios, tanto los realizados por personas de condición latina como indígena, que aparecen en los restos epigráficos de los tres Conventus noroccidentales hispanorromanos. Se identificarán a partir de su denominación como tal o bien por los motivos decorativos que decoran el monumento.

In this article I would like to offer an overview of the diferrent arts and crafts of the three Conventus in the North West of the Iberian Peninsula as evidenced by the epigraphic remains. Those created by Latin as well as indigenous artists are considered. To this end the extant epigraphy was reviewed in order to identify references to the nomenclature of these arts and crfts. The decorative motives of the monuments in question are also considered.
