Dans un travail antérieur où nous avons étudié le processus de construction de l’identité professionnelle des enseignants en formation initiale, nous avons détaché les dimensions motivationnelle, représentationnelle et socioprofessionnelle de l’identité des enseignants, ici présentées en complexe interpénétration. |
