Abstract: No âmbito de um trabalho que procurou esclarecer e promover o processo de construção da identidade profissional docente no período de formação inicial, destacámos as dimensões motivacional, representacional e socioprofissional da referida identidade, que apresentamos na sua complexa dinâmica.
In a previous work trying to clarify the development of professional identity in educational pre‑service training, we selected motivational, representational and socio‑professional dimensions of teacher’s professional identity, which complex links are presented.
Dans un travail antérieur où nous avons étudié le processus de construction de l’identité professionnelle des enseignants en formation initiale, nous avons détaché les dimensions motivationnelle, représentationnelle et socioprofessionnelle de l’identité des enseignants, ici présentées en complexe interpénétration.
