dc.description.abstractUma actuação inspectiva qualificada, criteriosa e coerente pode levar a uma melhoria dos actuais níveis de qualidade educacional, se for persuasiva e consistente nas suas intervenções; se, no respeito pela autonomia das organizações escolares e dos seus profissionais, souber motivar e mobilizar os actores educativos para metas quantitativas e qualitativas mais exigentes; se for capaz de fomentar, junto daquelas unidades escolares, a auto-definição de estratégias de melhoria e de compromissos com mais progresso, mais qualidade, melhor desempenho dos alunos e da instituição; se, enfim, num processo de auto-exigência, melhorar os seus níveis de inter-relação e comunicação. Na prossecução deste desígnio, consideramos fundamental um corpo inspectivo que possua um rigoroso conhecimento da realidade das organizações escolares e estabeleça o contacto directo com as mesmas, de forma a avaliar, estimular e recomendar novos procedimentos, promotores de uma cultura de aperfeiçoamento institucional focalizado e estratégico e de uma atitude crítica de auto-questionamento conducente à qualidade dos processos e dos resultados educacionais.por
dc.description.abstractUn travail qualifiée, critères et logique d’inspection peuvent mener à une amélioration des niveaux réels de la qualité d’éducation, si être persuasif et conformé dans ses interventions; si, à l’égard pour l’autonomie du concernant des organismes d’école et ses professionnels, pour savoir pour motiver et mobiliser les acteurs éducatifs pour plus d’exiger des buts quantitatifs et qualitatifs; si elle sera capable pour fomenter, à côté de ceux concernant des unités d’école, l’autodéfinition des stratégies de l’amélioration et les engagements avec plus progressent, plus de qualité, de meilleure exécution des pupilles et l’établissement; si, enfin, dans un processus d’autoconduction, pour améliorer ses niveaux de interdépendance et communication. Dans la poursuite de cette conception, nous considérons fondamental qui les inspecteurs possèdent une connaissance rigoureuse de la réalité du concernant des organismes d’école et qui réalisent le contact direct avec ceux, de la forme pour évaluer, stimuler et recommander les nouvelles procédures, instigateurs d’une culture de la perfection institutionnelle focalisée et stratégique et d’une attitude critique de auto interrogation favorisant à la qualité des processus et des résultats éducatifs.fra
dc.description.abstractA qualified, criteria and coherent inspection work can lead to an improvement of the actual levels of education quality, if will be persuasive and consistent in its interventions; if, in the respect for the autonomy of the pertaining to school organizations and its professionals, to know to motivate and to mobilize the educative actors for more demanding quantitative and qualitative goals; if it will be capable to foment, next to those pertaining to school units, the auto-definition of strategies of improvement and commitments with more progress, more quality, better performance of the pupils and the institution; if, at last, in a auto-requirement process, to improve its levels of interrelation and communication. In the prosecution of this design, we consider basic an inspectors that possess a rigorous knowledge of the reality of the pertaining to school organizations and that realize the direct contact with the same ones, of form to evaluate, to stimulate and to recommend new procedures, promoters of a culture of focused and strategical institutional perfection and of a critical attitude of conducive auto-questioning to the quality of the processes and the educational results.eng
