Abstract: Este artigo analisa o analfabetismo digital como um dos problemas educacionais decorrentes da chamada sociedade da informação. Identificam- -se várias abordagens ou visões sobre a alfabetização digital. Propõe-se o termo multialfabetização como um conceito abrangente e inclusivo de diferentes alfabetizações (audiovisual, digital, informacional). Também se identificam as diferentes competências e habilidades envolvidas neste processo: instrumentais, cognitivas, atitudinais e éticas.
Cet article analyse l’analphabétisme numérique comme l’un des problèmes éducatifs découlant de la soi-disant société de l’information. Il identifie différentes approches ou visions de l’alphabétisation numérique. Le terme multiliteracies est proposé comme un concept global et inclusif de différents alphabétisations (audio-visuel, numérique, informationnelles) et les différentes compétences et aptitudes impliquées dans ce processus - instrumental, cognitifs, comportementaux et de l’éthique sont identifiés.
This article analyses digital illiteracy as one of the educational problems arising from the so-called information society. It identifies various approaches or visions on digital literacy. The term multiliteracies is proposed as a comprehensive and inclusive concept of different literacies (audio-visual, digital, informational) and the different competencies and skills involved in this process – instrumentals, cognitive, attitudinal and ethics – are identified.
