Parenética na Igreja do Loreto: os sermões em honra dos Sumos Pontífices (séculos XVII-XVIII)

Abstract

As cerimónias por ocasião das exéquias e das eleições papais deram origem à pregação de sermões na igreja de Nossa Senhora do Loreto, de Lisboa. Partindo desse corpo parenético pretende avaliar-se de que modo a parénese constitui um momento de reflexão e uma abordagem de teoria política.

The ceremonies on the occasion of the funeral and the papal elections gave rise to the preaching of sermons in the church of Our Lady of Loreto, in Lisbon. Using this parenetic corpus, we will try to evaluate how the sermons constitute a moment of reflection and an approach of political theory
