This chapter contains an optimistic view on the Bologna process. Academic development benefits from cooperation and collaboration. Europe has an ideal history to stimulate international academic cooperation. Universities make progress in internationalization: they move from adjusting the language of instruction to spreading their reputation and to optimizing internationalization at home. In education European universities should work on inclusion – making all students feel welcome in their system – and activation – getting students in an active mode in the educational process. For instance project-based education can both activate students in learning and bring real-life cases into academic training. A strong and collaborative academic Europe benefits all.eng
